Key Skills: Identity Access Management, OKTA, OAuth and OpenID Connect
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage Okta-based IAM solutions including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and lifecycle management.
- Automate user onboarding and offboarding processes through IAM workflows.
- Contribute to project execution and maintain or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with Security, Operations, Application Owners, and Service Providers for IAM deployments and enhancements.
- Support client environments in rotational shifts and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Identify operational issues and improvement opportunities, escalating when appropriate.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries where required for integrations or reporting.
- Work with scripting and programming languages such as Java, Python, Shell, PowerShell, or similar technologies for integrations and automation.
- Maintain understanding of operating systems, databases, and application environments integrated with IAM solutions.
- Prepare documentation and provide clear communication to stakeholders.
Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management concepts and implementations.
- Extensive experience working with Okta platform capabilities.
- Experience configuring and managing SSO and MFA solutions.
- Knowledge of OAuth and OpenID Connect protocols for secure authentication and authorization.
- Experience in user lifecycle management and access governance processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with scripting or programming languages for automation.
- Understanding of operating systems, directory services, and database concepts relevant to IAM integrations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
