About the role

Ok Media Marketing This is a remote position. We are seeking a remote Assistant Operations Manager who will work closely with our Operations Manager and support the overall operations of the company. The Assistant Operations Manager will help manage day-to-day operations, assist with project management, and provide administrative support. Key responsibilities include: - Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operations - Help monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics - Support project management tasks such as creating project plans, tracking milestones, and reporting on progress - Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking notes - Assist with vendor management and procurement - Contribute to process improvement initiatives - Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications: - 2-4 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, or administration - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently - Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
