Hal Center Associate

Ojas Aerospace Private Limited is seeking dynamic Hal Center Associates to lead the opening and management of Hal Centers at the Gram Panchayat level across India. These centers serve as one-stop solutions for drone sales, rental, training, repair, and maintenance for industries like agriculture, healthcare, logistics, and more. As a Hal Center Associate, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of Hal Centers, working closely with the local community and potential clients. You will manage sales, marketing, and the installation of drones and IoT-based equipment. Creating awareness about the Hal Center's capabilities and the Hal App Ecosystem—a powerful tool for digital farming, rural commerce, healthcare, and e-commerce—will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Marketing: Promote and sell Hal Center solutions including drone services and digital tools for agriculture, healthcare, logistics, and industry. Client Interaction: Meet with potential clients, farmers, rural communities, and stakeholders to build relationships and generate business. Installation & Maintenance: Handle the installation, training, and maintenance of drones and other equipment provided by the Hal Center. Awareness Campaigns: Conduct workshops and informational sessions to raise awareness about the benefits of drone technology and the Hal App Ecosystem. Report Generation: Provide regular feedback and performance reports to management, tracking the success of your center's activities. Collaboration: Work closely with the central Ojas Aerospace team and the Hal Didi initiative to ensure smooth operations and community integration.
