Role Overview
This is a front desk-based role with built-in exposure to sales and client conversion.
You will be responsible for client experience and daily operations, while gradually developing skills in lead management, client communication, and booking conversion.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a client-facing, performance-driven position.
What You’ll Do
Front Desk & Client Experience
- Welcome and assist clients in a professional, friendly, and polished manner
- Manage appointments, check-ins, and scheduling flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and high-standard front desk environment
- Support overall clinic presentation and client comfort (beverages, cleanliness, atmosphere)
Lead & Patient Coordination
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls, texts, online leads)
- Maintain accurate CRM and patient records
- Follow up with leads and support booking conversion
- Coordinate communication between clients and the clinical team
Sales Exposure & Training
- Participate in the consultation flow and client journey
- Learn communication and conversion strategies through daily work
- Support booking, retention, and overall client experience
- Gain exposure to treatment planning and service recommendations
Growth & Development
This role includes a structured sales exposure and development pathway.
You will:
- Build real experience in handling and converting leads
- Develop client communication and consultation awareness
- Understand the full client journey in an aesthetic clinic
- Gradually take on more client-facing and performance-driven responsibilities
Expanded responsibilities are based on performance and readiness
Compensation
- Hourly Pay: $20–$25/hour (based on experience)
- Booking / Lead Conversion Bonus available starting in this role
- Additional performance-based incentives
This role already includes earning opportunities tied to performance
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (English required, Chinese is a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable
- Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Interest in aesthetics, skincare, and client experience
- Willingness to learn and grow into a client-facing role
Preferred
- Experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality
- Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics clinic, or beauty industry
No aesthetics experience required — training will be provided
