<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Must be U.S. Citizen<br><br>
</div><div>· Must pass a background check once hired<br><br>
</div><div>· Must have a minimum of 2 years of Duct experience<br><br>
</div><div>· Possess good oral communication skills<br><br>
</div><div>· Ability to manage multiple tasks at once with strict deadlines and prioritization skills.<br><br>
</div><div>· Ability to assess problems and recommend viable solutions to resolve issues.<br><br>
</div><div>· Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with others and departments to achieve objectives and resolve escalations.<br><br>
</div><div>· Ability to listen and comprehend calls while evaluating customer service and missed sales opportunities to increase performance behavior.<br><br>
</div><div><br></div><div>
<strong>Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><div>· Construction work with an emphasis on ductwork<br><br>
</div><div>· Show up on time.<br><br>
</div><div>· Do the job correctly the first time.<br><br>
</div><div>· All other responsibilities assigned by your direct supervisor not mentioned in posting.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Physical Demands:</strong> Able to safely work on a ladder and use equipment.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Probationary Period: </strong>All employees must complete a 90 working days probationary period from the first day of work<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Background Check:</strong> Potential employees must pass a background check once hired since the employee will be working with company-sensitive information.</div>
