Experienced Medical Scribe

The purpose of this position is to handle medical data documentation responsibilities for physicians during patient encounters. Responsibilities include accurately documenting patient histories, physical examinations, diagnostic tests, treatment plans, and other relevant clinical information in real-time. Medical Scribes serve as a dedicated documentation partner to physicians, allowing them to focus on patient care while ensuring complete and accurate patient records.
