- Business Requirements Orchestration: Understand and gather business requirements related to lending and leasing operations and translate into crisp functional specifications (FSDs) and user stories. Financial services domain experience, particularly in lending, leasing, or banking.
- Product Lifecycle Management:
- Origination: Application Entry, Lead management, credit scoring models, and underwriting workflows like decisioning, Contract management.
- Servicing: repayments and restructuring. Understanding of amortization schedules, monetary & non-monetary transactions,
- Collections: Buyouts, asset repossession, and end-of-lease processing, Delinquency management
- System Configuration & Integration: Work closely with technical teams to configure Loan/Lease Management Systems (LMS) and integrate third-party services like credit bureaus and payment gateways.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define test strategies and success criteria. Validate that the delivered solution actually solves the business problem without breaking the accounting ledger.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their evolving needs and providing strategic guidance
- Knowledge of Oracle Financial Services Lending and Leading (OFSLL) is a plus
