Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can drive day-to-day execution for the pod and serve as the main engineering lead working with the onshore architect.
Key Expectations:
- Strong hands-on engineering depth in AI / cloud delivery
- Experience with agentic workflows, LLM-based solutions, or enterprise AI implementations
- Ability to coordinate engineering workstreams and drive delivery in a structured sprint model
- Experience leading small engineering teams and resolving day-to-day technical issues
- Ability to work effectively with a client-facing onshore lead
