Location: Hyderabad, India
Experience: 20+ Years
Reporting To: VP Operations
We are looking for senior leaders with strong experience in end-to-end delivery of large-scale offshore EPC/EPCM projects within the Oil & Gas domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead execution across FEED, engineering, procurement, fabrication, offshore installation, and commissioning
- Manage complex offshore projects including platforms, subsea systems, FPSO, and full lifecycle delivery
- Drive project governance, HSE compliance, audits, and stage-gate reviews
- Own commercial performance including P&L, margins, cash flow, contracts, and change management
- Act as primary client interface and manage senior stakeholder engagement
- Lead multidisciplinary global teams and drive risk mitigation and critical decision-making
- Support business development initiatives, proposals, and client presentations.
Ideal candidates should have strong leadership exposure in offshore oil & gas project delivery environments with excellent stakeholder management and commercial acumen.
