Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Off-Roles position at IDFC FIRST Bank located in Guntur. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions, Managing BKT X Field collections.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills, interpersonal communication, and client relationship-building abilities
- Basic understanding of banking operations and processes, including handling transactions and assisting customers with queries
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills, teamwork, and a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards
- Prior experience in banking or a related field is beneficial
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
