Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Offline Sales (Law firms) & Court Promotions Specialist, based in the Greater Delhi Area with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves promoting Lekhak.app to law firms and within court settings, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, providing training and product demonstrations, and managing sales strategies and pipelines. The individual will also deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring the platform meets client needs. Daily tasks will include planning and executing sales activities, conducting follow-ups, collecting feedback, and identifying areas for promotion.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide solutions to their needs.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in leading Training sessions and delivering clear product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently, maintain high levels of motivation, and adapt to both in-person and remote work environments.
- Knowledge of legal or translation industries is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
