We are looking for a hands-on, ownership-driven Offline Marketing Manager to lead on-ground activations for Vittam. This role is for someone who thrives in the field running expos, masterclasses, and roadshows with full commercial accountability. You will own the entire event lifecycle, from planning to post-event reporting, and work closely with the digital team to ensure offline and online efforts move in the same direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of executing events end-to-end expos, masterclasses, and roadshows with complete accountability for commercial outcomes.
  • Build and manage a lean vendor network; negotiate hard on venues, fabricators, A/V, and print to secure the best value while protecting the budget.
  • Run fast, hyper-localised BTL activations and roadshows, adapting messaging to specific markets to generate real ground-level traction.
  • Handle the entire pre-to-post event ops cycle including logistics, shipping, and day-of floor management to ensure nothing slips.
  • Design airtight on-site lead capture processes and hand over clean data to the CRM team so every walk-in enters the funnel.
  • Track and report honestly on the metrics that matter — CPL, footfall, and pipeline growth.
  • Work closely with the digital team to ensure offline activations and online campaigns are joined up seamlessly.
  • Show up on the ground with high ambition, strict budget control, and a zero-excuses attitude.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in offline/BTL marketing, field activations, or event management.
  • Proven track record of independently running multi-city roadshows or large-scale events.
  • Strong vendor negotiation skills and a solid understanding of event budgeting.
  • Hands-on, field-first mindset — comfortable being the person who makes things happen on the ground.
  • Ability to capture and manage leads on-site with process discipline and CRM handoff accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate across vendors, digital teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, startup environment with shifting priorities.
