Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Offline Marketing Executive to handle field marketing activities, property promotions, client engagement, and branding initiatives for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns for real estate projects
- Organize promotional activities, roadshows, kiosks, and property events
- Coordinate hoardings, banners, pamphlets, and print advertisements
- Conduct field visits and local area promotions
- Build relationships with brokers, channel partners, and local vendors
- Support site visit arrangements and customer engagement activities
- Identify new marketing opportunities in target locations
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead generation activities
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good networking and relationship-building ability
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and marketing
- Ability to travel for field activities
- Team coordination and event management skills
Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in real estate or field marketing preferred
