Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Officers located at our facility in Naidupeta. The Officers will oversee day-to-day operations related to production, quality control, and process management. Responsibilities include monitoring production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and preparing and maintaining necessary documentation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in production processes, process monitoring, and quality control standards
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and adherence to company policies
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work effectively in an on-site environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 4 years of experience and Diploma chemical engineers with 3 to 5 years of experience in chemical fiels.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
