Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Officer/Senior Officer - Packaging, located in Mumbai. The role involves creating and implementing innovative packaging solutions, conducting quality checks, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include materials selection, cost optimization, supporting new product launches, and maintaining packaging innovation to align with the company’s standards and consumer needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in packaging materials, designs, and technologies
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance and compliance standards related to packaging
- Ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in materials sourcing, cost analysis, and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Working knowledge of relevant software and technologies related to packaging design
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Packaging Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Prior experience in the consumer goods industry is a strong advantage
