Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Officer - Operations based in Mumbai. The Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards. This includes monitoring site operations, coordinating with teams, preparing operational reports, and implementing policies and procedures. Additionally, the role entails liaising with clients and addressing their queries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Operations Management and Analytical Skills to oversee processes and address challenges effectively
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills for collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders,
- Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment with problem-solving aptitudes
- Previous experience in operations or security services is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree
