Classic Fashion is expanding its IT – Business Solutions team, and we are looking for a skilled and driven Officer – ERP Support to ensure seamless functioning of our ERP and HCM systems across the organization.
This role is ideal for professionals who excel in application support, team coordination, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support ERP/HRMS issue resolution across multiple departments
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user system issues efficiently
- Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to close support tickets
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage high-priority system incidents
- Document solutions, collect user feedback, and recommend process improvements
- Provide insights to product and solutions teams for continuous system enhancement
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in ERP/HCM application support
- Hands-on experience with ERP or HCM platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to lead or guide support teams
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
