Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients seeking gold loan products
- Assist clients in understanding the gold loan process, including eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and loan terms
- Conduct thorough assessments of client's gold assets and provide accurate valuations
- Process gold loan applications efficiently and ensure timely disbursement of funds
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to gold loan transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of gold loan services
- Proactively identify and address client needs, and provide customized solutions
- Contribute to the growth and development of the gold loan portfolio by generating new business opportunities
