Job Description : Equipment,Area,Utility, CSV Qualifcation
Qualification : B. Pharm / M. Pharm. / Msc.
Experience : 8- 14 Years
Minimum Job Details But not limite to :
1. Shall able to Prepare/Revise VMP & Qualification Tracker and its monitoring.
2. Shall able to Prepare Protocol & Reports
3. Shall have handon experience in Qualification of Manufacturing equipment such as : Vial washing Machine,Depyrogenation tunnel,Filling Machine up to capping line with Isolator, Lyophilizer Qualification, Transport validation, Manufacturing/Filtration vessel with Skid, Garment Washing Machine Qualification, Pacakging line Qualification.
4. Shall have handon experience in Qualification of HVAC (Area) , Compressed Air, Nitrogen Air Qualification, Temperature Mapping study of area
5. Shall have hanon experience in Mediafill activity and shall able to Prepare SOP,Protocol and execution of Mediafill activity including Videoshooting.
6. Shall have handon experience in Static & Dynamic Air flow pattern videography.
7. Shall have knowledge of Injectable Potent drug and its handling and Aseptic Practices
Post : Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive

1. Shall have knowledge of Injectable Potent drug and its handling

Prefered if experience in Qualification of Manufacturing equipment such as : Vial washing Machine,Depyrogenation tunnel,Filling Machine up to capping line with Isolator, Lyophilizer Qualification, Transport validation, Manufacturing/Filtration vessel with Skid, Garment Washing Machine Qualification but not limited to.
