Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and service delivery at the branch, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Manage and lead a team of frontline staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address customer needs, and develop strategies to enhance service quality
- Analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions
- Represent the branch in various internal and external meetings, and act as a liaison between the branch and other stakeholders
Requirements
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
- Demonstrated experience in implementing operational policies and procedures
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
