Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Officer Banking Liability Operations located in the Pune RO. The role involves managing banking Liability operations with a focus on liability products and services. Responsibilities include ensuring efficient and seamless account opening, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, supporting day-to-day operational activities, resolving customer queries, and ensuring transaction accuracy and process excellence.
Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Proficient in MS office(Excel, Word)
- KYC knowledge
- Document Verification
- Account opening knowledge
- Basic Banking and Finance knowledge (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to engage with team members and customers seamlessly
