Experienced in packaging operations of API powders, granules, tablets, capsules, and nutraceutical products as per approved SOPs, GMP, and GDP guidelines.
- Skilled in handling both primary and secondary packaging activities while ensuring product integrity, accuracy, and compliance with quality standards.
- Responsible for correct labeling, batch coding, sealing, and verification of product details such as product name, batch number, quantity, manufacturing date, and expiry date prior to packing and dispatch.
- Proficient in operating and cleaning packaging machines and equipment as per standard procedures to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.
- Experienced in performing line clearance activities before and after packaging operations to avoid cross-contamination, mix-ups, and ensure proper documentation and traceability
- Adept in maintaining accurate batch packing records, logbooks, and documentation in compliance with GMP and GDP standards.
- Capable of identifying deviations, damaged materials, or machine-related issues during operations and promptly reporting them to supervisors for corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, quality systems, and safety procedures, ensuring consistent adherence to industry standards.
