Job Description
- To solve shift breakdown and their analysis/RCA for Plant equipment's along with concerned supervisor... 2. To ensure implementation and execution of equipmnet Preventive Maintenance schedule on time. 3. To Preparing measuring instrument list and measuring instrument calibration planner of the equipment of the plant. 4. Review and checking of the Preventive maintenance Checklist. 5. To generate PR for machine services and co-ordinate with external vendor maintenance activity. 6. To Coordinate and execute work related to facility maintenance. 7. Identify the key spare requirement for Preventive maintenance and inform the concern supervisor for timely availability. 8. To implementation and execution of Preventive maintenance schedule and equipment's PM checklist on time as per SOP. 9. To work on productivity improvement and energy saving means. 10. To update the the all planner on time. 11. To generate or compare the machine breakdown data. 12. Co-ordinate and execute work related to facility maintenance (Plumbing, carpentry, and external machine work). 13. To assist the new Projects given by the management. 14. To work as per objective requirement and need of department and Organization. 15. To assist QA department for validation activity. 16. To ensure training of engineering personnel for engineering SOP/other Department SOP as per schedule. 17. To ensure effective LOTO implemantation before exuction of Preventive maintenance.
