Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Officer – Domestic Marketing to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for handling order processing, coordinating dispatch activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling Purchase Order (PO) entry and maintaining records
- Coordinating with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Tracking order status and updating customers regularly
- Ensuring all dispatches are completed as per schedule
- Basic understanding of technical drawings for order verification and coordination
- Maintaining documentation and reports related to orders and dispatch
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination / order processing / dispatch
- Basic knowledge of engineering drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
