- We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven marketing professional to lead and execute both digital and traditional marketing initiatives. The role requires a balance of creativity and analytical thinking to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth through integrated marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant channels
- Manage SEO/SEM, social media and performance campaigns
- Develop and implement traditional marketing strategies including print, outdoor (hoardings), events, expo’s and retail promotions
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for campaign execution and creative development
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on insights and analytics
- Drive lead generation and conversion strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Support branding initiatives and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, CRM tools)
- Experience in offline marketing (events, expo’s, hoardings, print media)
- Analytical mind-set with ability to interpret data and generate insights
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Digital Marketing
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead generation (quantity & quality)
- Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Website traffic and conversion rates
- Campaign ROI and revenue contribution
- Store walk-ins / footfall (for offline campaigns)
- Brand awareness and engagement metrics
