Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Worker located in Ambala. The Office Worker will handle administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, document management, and assisting in day-to-day office operations. Responsibilities may also include answering phone calls, managing office supplies, coordinating with different departments, and supporting team members to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordination and team support
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multitasking and adhere to deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certifications in administration are a plus
