Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Temporary role located in Delhi, India. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative support, handling correspondence and scheduling, managing office supplies, and assisting with data entry and record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize daily order dispatches
- Print and attach shipping labels for marketplace orders (Amazon and other platforms)
- Ensure products are checked for quantity and condition before packing
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickup and dispatch schedules
- Maintain packing materials and basic inventory of dispatch supplies
- Update order status and tracking information when required
- Support general warehouse and logistics tasks when needed
The role may also involve coordinating office activities, supporting team members with their tasks, and maintaining organized documentation to facilitate workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including scheduling and file management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently as needed
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage
Compensation
₹15,000 per month (depending on experience)
