Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Support Assistant based in Ernakulam. The Office Support Assistant will be responsible for handling clerical tasks such as managing documents, operating office equipment, and ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative processes. Additional responsibilities include providing support for phone communications, assisting with general office operations, and facilitating effective communication within the office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage office tasks and organize documentation efficiently.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to professionally handle inquiries and facilitate clear communication.
- Experience in operating Office Equipment, such as printers, copiers, and other devices, to support daily office operations.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with office procedures is an advantage.
