<strong>Job Description:</strong><br>We are seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team in a “floater” role. This position is ideal for someone flexible who can step in to cover shifts across multiple locations when we are short-staffed or when team members are unavailable.<br><br>
</div><div>This is not a fixed-site position. Your primary responsibility will be filling schedule gaps and ensuring consistent service at various job sites. Some locations will be solo assignments, while others will require working alongside a team member.<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Service Areas:</strong><br>Must be able to travel to: Lewisville, Denton, and Grapevine.<br>Optional locations: McKinney, Aubrey<br><br>
</div><div>
<strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Perform general cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom sanitation, etc.)</li>
<li>Fill in for call-outs and open shifts as needed</li>
<li>Work independently at some locations and as part of a team at others</li>
<li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all assigned locations</li>
<li>Follow company procedures and safety guidelines</li>

<strong>Requirements:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Prior professional cleaning experience (required)</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)</li>
<li>Ability to travel between multiple job sites</li>
<li>Flexibility with scheduling, including short-notice assignments</li>
<li>Ability to stand and be on your feet for 3–4 hours at a time</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 20 lbs</li>
<li>Ability to carry and use a backpack vacuum (approximately 15 lbs)</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and dependability</li>

<strong>Preferred Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Experience working in commercial cleaning environments</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision</li>
</ul><div>
<strong>Schedule:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Varies based on staffing needs; must be available for flexible hours</li>
<li>Must be able to start at 5:30 PM or later</li>
<li>Some morning shifts may be available </li>
