<strong>Position Overview</strong><br> We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented <strong>Commercial Cleaning Technicians</strong> to maintain a clean, safe, and professional facility in Research Park. This is a <strong>full-time overnight position</strong> ideal for individuals who take pride in their work and prefer working independently.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Clean and maintain commercial office spaces and facilities </li>
<li> Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all assigned areas </li>
<li> Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas </li>
<li> Empty trash and replace liners </li>
<li>Â Restock supplies (paper products, soap, etc.)Â </li>
<li> Follow all safety and cleaning protocols </li>

<strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>

<li>Â Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred (not required)Â </li>
<li> Ability to work overnight hours consistently </li>
<li> Dependable with strong attendance </li>
