Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a dedicated Office Personal Assistant based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include managing executive schedules, ensuring efficient diary management, performing clerical tasks, organizing meetings, and supporting administrative operations. The role requires high organizational precision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Qualifications
- Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including managing schedules and providing executive support
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Diary Management skills to organize and oversee appointments, meetings, and travel plans effectively
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including document management, filing, and basic office operations
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in office management tools and software
- Previous experience as a personal or administrative assistant is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
