Compensation (All Roles):
- Gross Salary: ₹30,000/month
- Fixed (60%): ₹18,000
- Variable (40%): ₹12,000 (Performance Linked)
1. Mandatory Qualification
LLB (Law Graduate compulsory)
2. Role Objective
To drive lead-to-enrolment conversion through structured online sales efforts while ensuring seamless execution of operations, participant onboarding, and program delivery, thereby maintaining a consistent and high-quality participant experience.
3. Key Responsibilities
A. Online Sales (Inside Sales)
- Handle inbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, email)
- Conduct basic consultative counselling (script-based)
- Perform structured follow-ups and reminders
- Handle objection resolution and conversion support
- Close enrolments for low to mid-ticket programs
- Maintain lead tracking and updates in CRM
B. Operations & Office Management
- Manage CRM and participant database accuracy
- Handle registrations, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Manage onboarding of participants
- Coordinate sessions (Zoom links, schedules, logistics)
- Manage communication channels (emails, WhatsApp groups)
- Support trainers and ensure smooth program delivery
- Maintain internal reports and coordination workflows
4. KRA (Key Result Areas)
- Lead-to-enrolment conversion efficiency
- Revenue contribution (direct + assisted conversions)
- Lead follow-up discipline and responsiveness
- CRM accuracy and data management
- Smooth execution of sessions and onboarding
- Participant experience and satisfaction
