About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Office Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our firm. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role that blends facilities leadership, vendor management, executive support, and team development.
What You'll Do:
• Office Administration & Facilities : Own end-to-end office operations including lease management, space planning, vendor relationships, maintenance schedules, and SOPs for all critical office functions
• Vendor & Contract Negotiation : Negotiate and manage all office-related vendor contracts, run RFP processes, maintain vendor scorecards, and drive 10–15% annual cost reductions without compromising quality
• Event Planning & Execution : Lead end-to-end planning and on-ground management of our 100+ attendee Annual Investor Meet, covering logistics, F&B, AV, travel, and collateral
• Executive Support : High-touch support to senior partners and leadership including complex calendar management, travel coordination, drafting correspondence, preparing MOUs, meeting documentation, and PowerPoint presentations
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience running complex office operations (40+ people)
• Demonstrated commercial acumen in vendor and lease negotiations
• Experience managing large-scale corporate events end-to-end
• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English
• Polished professional presence with the ability to handle C-suite and HNI investor interactions with discretion
