Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Office Manager role based in Kochi. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth administrative and operational functions. Responsibilities include coordinating office activities, managing office equipment, supervising administrative staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining organized records. The role requires effective communication and the ability to foster a productive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and staff
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to manage daily office operations
- Familiarity with handling Office Equipment and maintaining a well-functioning workspace
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a professional environment
- Proficiency in common office software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in office management or administrative roles is an asset
