Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, supply management, and vendor coordination.
- Provide administrative support to leadership and team members to ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify inefficiencies in office workflows and implement effective solutions for continuous improvement.
- Serve as the central point of contact for internal communications across departments.
- Monitor office expenses, maintain supply inventory, and manage the administrative budget.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations relevant to office administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably within the insurance sector.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with insurance operations, terminology, and administrative requirements.
- Experience in budget management, expense reporting, and vendor contract negotiation.
