About the Role

We are looking for an organized, dependable, and proactive Office Manager to keep our headquarters running like a well-oiled machine. You will be the heart of our operations—managing the office environment, supporting our leadership, and ensuring our team has everything they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities
- Office Operations: Maintain the day-to-day running of the office, manage supplies, and ensure a professional work environment.
- Workflow Management: Assist the leadership team with scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal task tracking.
- Documentation: Handle essential paperwork, including vendor contracts, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) logs, and compliance documents.
- Communication: Draft professional emails, manage office WhatsApp/calls, and coordinate between different project teams.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a point of contact for vendors, clients, and visitors.
- Basic Finance/Admin: Track office expenses and assist in basic billing or report preparation.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: 0–3 years in office management, administration, or operations.
- Skills: Strong communication in English and Hindi. Professional and polite.
- Tools: Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), WhatsApp Web, and basic Excel.
- Mindset: Highly organized, resilient, and resourceful. You don’t wait for instructions; you see what needs to be done and do it.
