We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Manager to handle daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of our Bharuch office while coordinating closely with the UK team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain an efficient workflow
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related data Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination
- Handle administrative tasks, documentation, and office organization
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and procurement activities
- Coordinate and resolve basic IT and infrastructure-related issues
- Act as a point of contact between the Bharuch office and UK team
- Ensure a professional, well-maintained, and compliant office environment
- Monitor basic expenses and coordinate with finance/vendor teams
- Support internal communication, meetings, and overall office coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in office management or administration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work with international (UK-based) teams
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
