Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager located in Guindy. The Office Manager will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate office activities, and ensure smooth and effective running of the office. Responsibilities include managing office supplies and equipment, organizing schedules and meetings, handling general communication, maintaining records, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting team members to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to handle day-to-day operations and maintain office efficiency
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service for fostering positive relations with clients and team members
- Experience managing and maintaining Office Equipment and other operational facilities
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office
- Prior experience in an administrative or managerial role is a plus
- Additional experience on GST fillings, TDS fillings, maintain Invoices and payroll is expected
