Office Manager – Admissions & Parent Relations

Role Overview
We are hiring an Office Manager – Admissions & Parent Relations who will act as the first point of contact for parents, students, and enquiries and play a key role in managing daily operations, admissions follow-ups, and parent communication.
This role is critical to driving conversions, maintaining parent relationships, and ensuring smooth front-office operations. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, confident in communication, and disciplined in follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office operations, handle walk-in enquiries, and guide students and parents through the admission process.
- Drive admissions by calling new enquiries, scheduling demos, and ensuring timely follow-ups for conversion.
- Coordinate effectively with students and parents, addressing queries and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct academic and performance-based calling while recording key feedback and remarks.
- Maintain accurate databases, call logs, and ensure timely reporting to management.
Targets & Accountability
- Daily calling and follow-up targets must be achieved
- Lead-to-demo and demo-to-admission conversions are tracked
- Accuracy in reporting and consistency in follow-ups is mandatory
- Performance is reviewed weekly
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate (preferred, any stream)
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Experience in admissions, telecalling, or education sector is a plus
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and professional behaviour with parents
- Excellent follow-up and time management
- Ability to handle pressure and targets
- Organised and detail-oriented
- High ownership and responsibility
Salary: ₹2-4 LPA (depending on experience)
