Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Leasing Manager, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Office Leasing Manager will manage leasing activities for commercial properties, including negotiating lease agreements, engaging in market research to identify leasing opportunities, administering lease terms, and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with property management teams to ensure tenant satisfaction and resident retention while facilitating smooth operations within the properties.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in leases, lease negotiation, and lease administration
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research in the real estate sector
- Knowledge of property management practices and tenant relationship management
- Experience in resident retention and fostering long-lasting client relationships
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience in corporate real estate or commercial property leasing is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
