Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Interior Architect based in Gurugram. The Office Interior Architect will oversee the design and implementation of modern and functional office interiors. Responsibilities include conceptualizing design ideas, developing layouts and floor plans, coordinating with clients, and managing interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the final design meets both aesthetic and functional requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Space Planning, with the ability to optimize layouts for functionality and efficiency
- Skills and experience in Interior Design and Interior Architecture for creating innovative and aesthetically compelling concepts
- Knowledge and practice in Architecture principles to ensure structural and design integrity
- Expertise in managing Interior Fit-out projects, including materials selection and quality assurance
- Strong project management and communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
- Understanding of local building codes and regulations in Gurugram or similar markets
- Prior experience in designing innovative office or commercial spaces is preferred
