Purpose
- The Office Facility Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of office facilities within a single country, ensuring a safe, efficient, and productive work environment. The role focuses on implementing facility management strategies while adhering to health and safety standards, maintaining a safe workplace, and collaborating with the HSSE community and country General Managers to align with policies and priorities.
- This position monitors facility performance, drives continuous improvements, and ensures the facility is well-maintained and aligned with business needs and employee requirements within the designated country
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of office facilities within a single country, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
- Implement and manage facility management strategies specific to the country, in alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws, maintaining a safe workplace for all employees.
- Collaborate with the HSSE community and country General Managers to align facility operations with health and safety policies and priorities for the country.
- Monitor and manage facility performance metrics for the country, including energy efficiency, maintenance costs, and employee satisfaction.
- Negotiate and manage office facility contracts for the country, working closely with indirect procurement to secure favorable terms and ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement for the country.
- Manage the facility budget for the country and ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards.
- Address employee feedback and operational challenges, adapting facilities to meet changing business and workforce needs within the country.
- Support sustainability initiatives within the country by understanding strategic priorities and launching facility-related initiatives that contribute to sustainability goals.
- Ensure the office space within the country is well-maintained, functional, and aligned with evolving business needs and employee requirements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in the country to understand specific facility needs and incorporate them into facility planning and operations.
Education
- Bachelor degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years' of relevant experience
