Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Executive role based in Pune City. The Office Executive will be responsible for a range of administrative, communication, and customer support tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Typical responsibilities include managing daily office administration, assisting with accounting processes, maintaining customer relations, and supporting overall organizational efficiency through effective coordination.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, assist clients, and manage relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including managing office supplies, scheduling, and general organization.
- Knowledge and experience in basic Accounting processes such as invoicing, expense tracking, and bookkeeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in office management or administrative roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
