Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Executive, located in Ghitorni, Delhi. The Office Executive will handle a variety of day-to-day operational duties, including office administration, customer service, communication with internal and external stakeholders, and support for accounting activities. The role requires ensuring smooth operations within the office and acting as a key point of contact for both team members and customers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Experience with office administration and administrative assistance, ensuring efficient operations
- Proficiency in customer service to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain satisfaction
- Basic knowledge of accounting processes and support for financial tasks
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office technology
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in office operations or a similar role is beneficial.
- Manage day-to-day fulfillment operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Match PO quantities with invoice quantities and actual packing/dispatch quantities.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for dispatch mismatches, shortages, RTV stock, and stock reconciliation.
- Investigate discrepancies related to GRNs, DNs, RTVs, CNs, and stock movement.
- Generate, update, and maintain GRN, DN, RTV, CN, and discrepancy reports.
- Follow up with platforms, internal teams, and warehouse teams for timely closure of issues.
- Ensure accurate reporting and maintain proper documentation for all operational cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Commerce / Marketing
2-3 years of experience in e-commerce / marketplace management (FMCG preferred) Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting) Good communication and coordination skills Analytical mindset with attention to detail
