Role Description
This is a full-time roffice role for an Office Executive. The Office Executive will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, providing customer service support, overseeing office operations, maintaining accounting records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of office activities. This individual will also act as a key point of communication within the organization, facilitating efficient workflows and professional correspondence.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries effectively and maintain professional relationships
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage schedules, organize files, and oversee office operations
- Basic knowledge of Accounting to aid in financial record-keeping and reporting tasks
- Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in common office software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar applications
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while adhering to deadlines and tasks
- Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent field is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
