Role Description
The Office Executive will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting office operations, coordinating with customers by visiting few Retail stores, maintaining records. This position requires excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure operational efficiency and support for the team.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collecting data and making reports
2. Working on data analysis & reporting
3. Supporting Sales teams. Punching sales order, allocation & movement of stocks
4. Coordination with sales/warehouse/finance team, customers, etc.
5. Visiting key showrooms
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, specially Excel
- Experience in Customer Service and client interaction
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Professional proficiency in English, Hindi
Location: - Delhi NCR
Qualification & requirement: -
- Experience in Excel and Data Analysis
- Bachelor's degree from a reputed college
- Minimum 1 year experience
