Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator (Front Desk) who will manage front office operations along with administrative coordination. This role goes beyond reception duties and includes handling day-to-day office activities to ensure smooth functioning.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates professionally.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries.
- Coordinate meeting schedules, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain visitor logs and office records.
- Handle courier, mail, and dispatch activities.
- Support administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth office operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the reception area.
- Assist in basic HR/admin coordination when required.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in front desk, administration, or coordination roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
