Job Summary
The Office Coordinator is responsible for supporting the smooth and efficient daily operation of the office by handling administrative tasks, coordinating internal activities, managing communication, and maintaining office systems and supplies. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and support staff with administrative tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, calls, mail, and packages.
- Greet visitors and assist office guests professionally.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, conference rooms, and appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and inventory, placing orders when needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Support and assist in office events or activities (meetings, trainings, team events).
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs.
- Assist with onboarding of new staff and preparation of workstations.
- Help maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma required (business/administration degree preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a busy office.
- Professional and courteous with a customer-focused attitude.
