Core Responsibilities
- Administrative supportManaging schedules, meetings, and calendars
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Office operationsOrdering supplies and maintaining inventory
- Coordinating maintenance and office equipment
- Coordination & communicationActing as a point of contact between departments
- Assisting staff with logistical needs
- Record keepingFiling documents and maintaining databases
- Preparing reports and basic data entry
- Event & meeting supportOrganizing internal meetings or company events
- Booking venues, arranging catering, etc.
Key Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
