Role Description
As the Office Coordinator, you will oversee administrative tasks to maintain efficient office operations in our New Delhi location. This is a full-time, on-site role that includes managing schedules, maintaining office equipment, handling correspondence, and ensuring effective communication within the team and external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.

- Strong Administrative Assistance and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Office Equipment management and operations
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and verbal communication abilities
- Customer Service skills to maintain positive relationships and resolve inquiries efficiently
- Professional and clear Communication skills for interacting with team members and clients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., MS Office) is a plus
- Previous experience in office coordination or a similar administrative role is preferred
